/press uses /fixtures/statistics (updated by api-sports every minute) to track shots, on target, corners and possession for every in-play match in 38 tracked leagues. A team level or behind past minute 45 that clears all four thresholds triggers the alert. /red watches /fixtures?live=all every 15 seconds for card events.

Halftime to 60': 8 shots, 4 on target, 4 corners, 58% possession. From 60': 15 shots, 6 on target, 7 corners, 60% possession. The pressing side must also lead the opponent on shots and shots on target, and every alert carries a 5-10 confidence score based on how far the stats, live xG and the gap to the opponent sit above the bar. After 80' it stops firing (no time to act).
By the 80th minute there's barely 10 minutes left. Even a strong-favourite drift after dominating won't have time to convert. Cleaner to skip than spam late alerts.
