What We Collect

BetBot collects minimal data to operate. When you use the bot in Discord, we may process:

• Your Discord server ID and channel ID (to know where to post predictions)
• Server name and member count (displayed in the admin dashboard)
• Server owner user ID (used to send direct messages for announcements)
• Command usage (which commands are run, not who runs them)

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, address, or payment details through the bot itself.

How We Use Your Data

The data we process is used solely to:

• Deliver daily predictions to the correct Discord channel
• Track prediction outcomes for the /record command
• Send direct messages to server owners for important announcements
• Display server and member statistics in the admin dashboard
• Improve the accuracy of our prediction system

Data Storage & Retention

Prediction results and server configuration are stored on our servers. Discord user IDs are only used in-memory for cooldown management and are not persisted. Server names and member counts are fetched live from Discord and are not stored long-term.

Any potentially sensitive user information, such as server owner IDs used for direct messaging, is retained for no longer than 30 days.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any data associated with your activity at any time. To do so, contact us at fuglejobb@gmail.com or through our Discord support server. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Third-Party Services

BetBot uses the following third-party services:

• Discord API - To receive commands and send messages
• Third-party sports data providers - For football match data, odds, and statistics
• Third-party AI services - For AI-powered market predictions

Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts.

Children

BetBot is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
